Kaye will speak at an event hosted by the Italian Cultural Institute in New York, giving a presentation entitled “Cultural Property: Restitution Between Nations and United States Model.” Lt. Col. Alfio Gullotta (Commander of the Group of Rome and Carabinieri Command for the Protection of Cultural Heritage), Alessia Panella (Art Law Attorney) and Gen. B. Salvatore Russo (Guardia di Finanza Attaché, Embassy of Italy in Washington, D.C.) will also give presentations.
