Yaél Weitz will be speaking on a distinguished panel presented by the Cardozo Public Service Scholars, Cardozo Students for Human Rights, Cardozo Art Law Society and The Cardozo Law Institute in Holocaust and Human Rights. Panelists will discuss the international illicit cultural property and art trafficking market and its legal implications, focusing on the applications of international law and international human rights law. Special focus will be given to antiquities and indigenous property, as well as the relationship between art trafficking and armed conflict.
